Elizabeth Spoth and Carole Fleming founded Discovery Speech and Occupational Therapy, LLC in 2016 as a mother-daughter practice. Family centered therapy is our foundation. Our growing practice has expanded to a beautiful office space in Falls Church with an all-star therapist line up.
