Discovery Speech and Occupational Therapy provides speech therapy and occupational therapy (OT) to help our pediatric clients achieve their highest potential. Our team facilitates skill development through play with research-based and family centered therapy, including collaboration with providers and related professionals.
Elizabeth Spoth and Carole Fleming founded Discovery Speech and Occupational Therapy, LLC in 2016 as a mother-daughter practice. Family centered therapy is our foundation. Our growing practice has expanded to a beautiful office space in Falls Church with an all-star therapist line up. We specialize in working with pediatric and adolescent clients. We are a highly collaborative practice and value supporting healthcare providers, teachers and families. Beyond our pediatric private practice clinic in Falls Church, Virginia, we support students at local private preschools and Catholic schools by providing on-site therapy during the school day. We provide teacher and staff trainings so all are better able to support a child's unique speech therapy and occupational therapy needs.
